Don't ask for a straight up date. Say something like "Hey, we should hang out some time, get to know each other more." Unless the girl is hinting at a date. You'll know when she mentions anything about dating. But... if she says something about how her last boyfriend, or anything about an ex, be careful. That's her way of saying it might take a while before she'll say yes, so go slow!
