Yeah, but where I'm from, idols are people that others look up to. I sing and dance for them, and they love it and encourage me to do more.

Sure hope no one worships you as a deity... that would be weird, even for me.

..... w-well.... s-some of my.... fanatic fans actually worship me and call me goddess....

Of course! They just... really, really, really loved me. So they put me on a pedestal and starting calling me their goddess... They have shrines of pictures and stuff. It's really creepy to see pictures on the internet of stuff like that.

[Terrifying as well. Threats came from some of those fans. Idol life is a hard life.]

[He blinks, stunned for a moment, then shrugs.]

Well, I guess people will worship anything nowadays... and you haven't even, like, brought the universe to its knees under your colossal might or something. You know, stuff that actually makes you a deity.

Why don't you just tell 'em to stop?

Because when you tell grown up men to stop something, they just do it more.
