You could call and ask if you think she won't mind. If you've been talking for a while, that'd be okay. You can even be super casual about it and ask her to hang out with you sometime and hint about it being a date. If she mentions the word date, the deal is sealed!

I got a Ponyta from her last time she had eggs up. Which is awesome cause it was my first fire-type.

Oh! I got a Ralts! I'm hoping it'll be good friends with my other Pokémon.

I don't have any psychic ones, I like ghost-types better anyway.

Oh yeah that's true! If she talks to me, that at least means she thinks of me as a friend!

Psychic types can be useful. Nanako, my Meowstic, let's me talk and understand all of my Pokémon.
