[Here's an irritated looking idol on the network. She's bundled up in a white parka with matching pants, a pink scarf, and some earmuffs that look like Cleffa's. Rise is pouting at the screen.]

So much for my summer at the beach! First it's way too hot, then it wouldn't stop storming, and now snow? This isn't funny! All I wanted was a easy trip to Olivine, but no, I've been stuck here in Ecruteak the whole time!

[She turns her gear around to show an Empoleon, Oshawott, Meowstic, and a Sylveon playing in the snow. All but the Empoleon were wearing some kind of winter gear made for Pokémon.]

At least these guys are having fun... Does anyone know how to make hot chocolate that's safe for Pokémon? I think they'd like that after they're done playing.

I don't know, maybe there's some kind of chocolate equivalent that's good for Pokémon? I know back home, chocolate is usually bad for animals, so I wouldn't take any chances with the normal kind.

Have you asked a Pokémart?

Well, the Poképuffs come in a chocolate, but I want to know where I can buy it. I should go to the mart. I should have thought of that first.

I'm trying to figure out if there's any good hot food to give mine. My Flaafy has her summer coat right now, so she's not too crazy about the change.

[Asami shifts the camera to the sheep settled behind her, currently bundled in blankets and looking a little cranky.]

Aw, the poor thing! My Larvitar and Dragonair are in the same boat. They're back in the room with the heater going full blast. As for food... the restaurants should have hot foods you can order for them. I did that in Goldenrod a few times when I was stuck inside.

[Rise will not mention sweaters and sheep together.]

That's a good idea! I've been trying to be frugal until I can figure out a steadier source of income than odd handywoman jobs, but it would be worth it if I could keep mine comfortable. I don't like keeping them in their balls all day long.

What are you good at? There's a lot of different jobs in this place. I'm an idol myself! It pays really well.

I'm sure I could find work as a mechanic at least.

[Asami's not worried about it, it's just difficult when she's traveling with the girls. However...]

A mechanic? That's pretty cool!

[Pretty and knows how to work on machinery? That's an awesome kind of lady.

And then she gasps. HOW DO PEOPLE NOT KNOW IDOLS?]

Idols are amazing! We sing and dance, act, anything we need to do to make our fans and everyone happy~!

Oh. So they're just... celebrities?

[They're juuuust starting to get there in Bending Town, so Asami doesn't quite Get It yet.]

Yeah, if you include the fact that there's obsessive stalkers, men who worship them, so many threats against their lives and anyone they date, and so on.... yes, just celebrities. [She could go on for days about the negative things about being an idol. But she won't.]

It's not all bad. Being an idol can be a lot of fun. I love it!

I used to be when I first started. And sometimes it still scares me, but it comes with the job, you know?
