At least cleaner clothes. It's summer. Dress for it. No muscle shirts, baggy shirts, baggy pants, sandals with socks... Parks are a casual date. T-shirt, jeans, sneakers, and yes, you can wear the hat. If it's too bright, take your sunglasses. But don't put them on unless she makes a comment about how bright it is. Offer her the sunglasses first, and if she declines them, don't put them on. It shows you can handle the brightness just like she can.
