[Honestly that text sends a wave of relief to Perry, since he was worried that Rise went with Teddie since she vanished without a trace too.

But still, they weren't in a great situation and he needs to be there for Rise-chan.]

[Talk about anything? Well... this was hard to type up without wanting to cry.]

Back in October, when you and Teddie were busy with the Haunted House, I flew back to Mahogany and came here. I was back before I told Jimmy I'd work there. I wanted to get my badge back then, but I got distracted.

[Yeesh that place is so far away and with no way to fly there...]

Well, as much as I hate to suggest this, we might have to go our separate ways for a little while. At this point I would feel bad if I kept making you have me fly everywhere.

I'll go to Violet City so that I can finally get the badge to use Fly and we can meet up in Mahogany as soon as we're done with getting our badges. Then we can rent a nice place to spend the holidays together there.

And of course we can still talk to each other through the Pokegear.

It's a kind of sandwich made with toasted marshmallow, chocolate, and graham crackers. It's a pretty big thing in America long with just toasting marshmallow.

They're kind of messy but I think you'll like them.

They do sound good. What else can be toasted on a fire?

Hot dogs and popcorn come to mind. Depending on how spacious the fireplace is we could make soup as well.

[Although if they have a kitchen, he's not sure how comfortable he would be with making soup over a fire.]

Why not sweet potatoes? We can roast them that way.

I've never heard of doing that, but it sounds really nice! We'll definately do that there.

There's squid, but the only squid here are Pokémon, so no thanks. Same with fish... how about kushiyaki but without the meat? It's a really good skewer recipe. Or even yakitori!

It's a shame that we can't really eat the pokemon here; the grilled squid sounds really good actually.

Huh, I've never heard of those things before, but it does sound good! We could probably use things that aren't incredibly sweet anyway.
