[The screen pops on, and there's a worried looking Rise with a shiny Eevee in her arms. The Eevee looks sad as well.]

I found this little guy in my box this morning. Seems he came from Labrys-san... Does this mean she's gone now? Jin is really sad, and even Himiko can't help him. She's a Sylveon now, but she can't get him to feel better.

Do Pokémon take a long time to get over the disappearance of their trainers like a human would? Or is it different for them?

[She's really, really worried. And sad. She was hoping to get to know Labrys better.]

[Being inside the Dojo all the time to practice was wearing her out. The commercial she was preparing for was a lot more intensive than she thought it would be. She was definitely out of practice.

So since it's Sunday, she decides it would be a perfect day to go out and about. Time to look for more people she knows! Practicing bit into a good chunk of the time she was here, so not a lot of exploring had been done.

If anyone is walking around Goldenrod, you'll see Rise walking around with a sad Eevee in her arms, Himiko the Sylveon at her side, and Nanako the Meowstic on her other side. Nanako is the only one of the four who doesn't seem all too perturbed with Labrys being gone. She was getting better at dancing. That's all that mattered to her.]

Do you think we'll find ni-chan today?

[He glances at Himiko and gently pats her ribbon, trying not to be too weirded out. Isamu inclines his head slightly at Rise and then her Pokemon in greeting.]

Ah, I'm all right. I was heading out to do some shopping... what about you?

[Himiko is content. She heads back over to Rise's side. Nanako watches the Lucario suspiciously. Don't try anything!]

I was taking a walk in hope of seeing if Jin will feel better outside.

[He would never! Isamu just stands at the ready next to Micchy, ears twitching to try and catch the sounds of any injustice.]

Ah... I saw your post. One of your friends went home?

[Rise looks even more miserable now.]

Actually... two went... I feel worse about Labrys because Jin is so depressed. Momo-kun's Pokémon are a lot more stalwart than Jin. They miss him, but they know they can't help it. Nanako had talked to them about this....

[She shows Micchy the silver colored Eevee. Jin didn't even acknowledge any of them.]

He's been like this since I took him out of his Pokéball.

... Oh. I'm sorry, Rise-san.

[Isamu reaches out to Jin. It's okay, little friend. Your new trainer seems really nice.]

[She shakes her head, appreciating that a fellow Pokémon was reaching out to help Jin.]

It'll be fine. More people will disappear... I just have to be stronger.

[Isamu whuffs quietly, sensing how upset Jin is. It'll be okay.]

... That's true. That doesn't mean it doesn't hurt, right?

[Jin opens his eyes and looks at Isamu. Will it?]

I think it'll always hurt. They're my friends. Even if I hardly knew Labrys-san, she was still someone I could call a friend.

[It will! He's going to help fight to keep everyone safe.]

... No matter what, you're going to have them with you forever. No matter if they're here or not, you have your memories, right?

[Jin makes a soft sound before burying his face in Rise's arms. Seems he's done talking.

Oh, that sounded like something out of a movie or a video game.]

That's true... I'll do my best not to forget them then!

[And blame Kouta. Micchy's not the shounen hero here...]

[Nanako steps up and huffs at the Lucario. She's not the biggest fan of dogs. Plus, he dared to touch one of her trainer's precious Pokémon. Possessive cat is possessive.]

Kind? Why does everyone keep saying that? I'm actually more of the selfish type.

[She's not kidding, but she is kind and caring to those she likes.]

[Isamu takes a step back. He doesn't want to cause trouble.]

Even selfish people can act kind. And even if you are selfish... you're more than that, aren't you? You've been very kind to me, at least.

It's fine~! You're just a really honest person. Honest people say some sweet and embarrassing things sometime!

[Nanako growls low, Rise patting her head.]

[... He tries not to say something about that, because it's so wrong.]

Ah... I didn't mean to make you mad, Nanako-san.

[Nanako stares at him. She's not going to cause trouble, but one toe out of line, and you'll get scratched up Micchy.]

She's never acted like this... well, except with some of the creepier guys around here.

I - I'd like to hope I'm not creepy, Rise-san.

[At least if he - oh. Wait. Are Espurr a Psychic type? That might be why. He struggles to remember.]

I don't think so. Nanako is really weird most of the time, though. She's a psychic-type, and that makes her overprotective of me sometimes. She wasn't so bad as an Espurr, but when she evolved, she got worse. But I still love her~

[It doesn't help that Nanako doesn't think any guy is worthy of her trainer except Rise's Sempai. Even if she didn't know who that human was.]

I see. I haven't had much luck with psychic types. My Kadabra doesn't like listening to me very much.

Have you tried talking with him? Nanako gets chatty sometimes.

I usually just get laughter. He's a jerk, but he's a useful jerk.

That's not very nice of him. Does he not respect you?

I don't think he does, but I'd rather not try to be excessively mean to something that can attack me with blades of psychic energy.
