Video

[The screen pops on, and there's a worried looking Rise with a shiny Eevee in her arms. The Eevee looks sad as well.]

I found this little guy in my box this morning. Seems he came from Labrys-san... Does this mean she's gone now? Jin is really sad, and even Himiko can't help him. She's a Sylveon now, but she can't get him to feel better.

Do Pokémon take a long time to get over the disappearance of their trainers like a human would? Or is it different for them?

[She's really, really worried. And sad. She was hoping to get to know Labrys better.]

Action

[Being inside the Dojo all the time to practice was wearing her out. The commercial she was preparing for was a lot more intensive than she thought it would be. She was definitely out of practice.

So since it's Sunday, she decides it would be a perfect day to go out and about. Time to look for more people she knows! Practicing bit into a good chunk of the time she was here, so not a lot of exploring had been done.

If anyone is walking around Goldenrod, you'll see Rise walking around with a sad Eevee in her arms, Himiko the Sylveon at her side, and Nanako the Meowstic on her other side. Nanako is the only one of the four who doesn't seem all too perturbed with Labrys being gone. She was getting better at dancing. That's all that mattered to her.]

Do you think we'll find ni-chan today?

[Not yet, thank god. Though she nearly broke his Gear trying to kill a Seviper through it, once.]

Yeah...I guess you're right. I mean, I really don't mind that she wants to look out for me...and I do appreciate it, but it's just a little...too much, sometimes.
samsa: (Nervous □ which was it again?)

Y-yeah...I don't think I'll have to worry about that...any time soon, though.

[He's not really looking for a relationship anyway...but he knows that if he was, Rikki would make it impossible.]
capitald: (...come again?)

[personal profile] capitald 2015-05-13 06:29 am (UTC)(link)
I, ah... Haven't thought to try. These PokéGears are still leagues ahead of our technology on Luxendarc, so it's a wonder I've even learned the basic functions.

[He chuckles at the warm feelings coursing through him. It's rather nice! These Sylveons truly are something else.]

Maybe. It's hard to say. Some also don't show it so easily when they're sad.
grapeeater: (the chariot.)

[personal profile] grapeeater 2015-05-13 09:51 pm (UTC)(link)
[It will! He's going to help fight to keep everyone safe.]

... No matter what, you're going to have them with you forever. No matter if they're here or not, you have your memories, right?

Trainers are our friends. We eventually will get over their leaving, but we know that usually they're still living, just in their home worlds. It takes just as long to get over as it would for any friend that has gone away somehow, and sometimes longer. The more we love our trainers the harder it is to have them leave. Snake left once and I'm still afraid he'll leave again, says John.

[Snake nods. The ekans itself wasn't talking, you could see Snake's lips moving, but it was at nearly the same time that the Ekans was saying it's name.]
samsa: (Awe □ I can eat all of it)

[That causes him to blush even deeper, his hand shifting against the side of his face as he looks down at the table.]

A-ahah, well....maybe someday, I guess...
grapeeater: (the temperance.)

[personal profile] grapeeater 2015-05-14 03:56 pm (UTC)(link)
[Oh. That's okay.]

[And blame Kouta. Micchy's not the shounen hero here...]

I know you won't. You're very kind like that, Rise-san.
grapeeater: (the devil.)

[personal profile] grapeeater 2015-05-14 06:23 pm (UTC)(link)
[Isamu takes a step back. He doesn't want to cause trouble.]

Even selfish people can act kind. And even if you are selfish... you're more than that, aren't you? You've been very kind to me, at least.

[More than he deserves. She doesn't know, but still...]

That's just how some people are. Sometimes, they don't know how to process their emotions in a way that shows outwardly, so they keep it locked inside.

The best we can do, I think, is just be there for them.

[It's more of a nervous habit than anything...half the time, Kaneki doesn't even realize he's doing it.]

Hah...that would have to be someone really special, I think.
